The folder you’re currently using to save your hands will show just below ‘Where To Save’. This can be also done manually by going to Add and pointing PT4 to the PokerStars Hand History Folder on your computer. You can use the Auto Detect option to let PokerTracker 4 automatically find where the hand histories are being written. It does take a bit longer though than it did when I played on Ignition. To check the exact location of the saved hand histories, go to our desktop software and select ‘Settings’ ‘Playing History’ ‘Hand History’. Step 2: You must tell PokerTracker 4 where PokerStars saves its hand histories. So I haven't done anything different since last night, I've simply logged out of both ACR and PT4 and opened up the apps again and its logging hands now under "View Today's Hands". You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File -> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
